Will Phillips has over 20 years’ experience as a farm management consultant. Following work with a national consultancy company, he set up P&L AgriConsulting with Peter Long. Prior to consultancy work, he gained five years ruminant nutrition experience with a feed manufacturer, and he has over five years practical farm management experience. Will is also specialises in waste management, farm buildings design and planning.

Specialisms include – Farm Buildings and Design, Waste Management Solutions and Planning Applications. CAD drawings and plans. Project management. Liaising with NRW and local authorities to help farmers meet ongoing regulations.
