Vicky is a Farm Business Consultant, with over 11 years of experience in the industry. Vicky provides professional advice including business appraisals and farm reviews, valuations, subsidy and grant funding, environmental schemes and agricultural planning appraisals. In addition, Vicky is also involved in the submission of environmental permits relating to intensive farming, renewables, and other industry operations.

Specialisms: Full Business Plans – including for borrowing purposes and to support farm business tender applications. These plans include a review of financial accounts, preparation of cashflow forecasts and advice on business strategy.

Contract Farming Agreements – setting up and managing contract and share farming agreements, including drafting agreements, preparing budgets and cashflows and analysing accounts for profit shares. Monitoring agreements and ongoing review of businesses.

Agricultural Planning Appraisals – analysing accounts and providing supporting budgets. Applications have included livestock, arable, poultry, equestrian businesses, game rearing and horticultural holdings.

Environmental Permit – Experience in producing and submitting Environmental Permit applications to the Environment Agency and Natural Resources Wales, including for intensive livestock and the burning of waste wood. Applications include the review of environmental systems, risk assessments and manure management plans.

Basic Payment Scheme and Grant Submissions – Submission and management of Basic Payment Scheme applications and the preparation of applications under the Rural Development Programme for England and Wales, including the RDPE Growth Scheme and LEADER. Along with the submission of environmental stewardship and grant applications.
