He specialises in Business Appraisals, Business Restructuring, setting up and overseeing Contract Farming Agreements and Agricultural Legislation work covering Sustainable Farming Incentives and Rural Grants for all sectors of the Agricultural Industry.

Leading the Agricultural Business Consultancy team in our Banbury office, James works throughout the midlands and across Wales offering strategic advice to farmers involving a detailed business analysis, budget and cashflow production, liaising and negotiating with key stakeholders, scenario forecasting, ongoing business performance tracking and benchmarking the business against industry standards and/or other businesses of a similar type and size.
