Ceri Katz has worked for FWAG Cymru since November 2019 firstly as a Farm Conservation Adviser and since January 2024 as Operational Director. She advises farmers on habitat management, environmental issues and on nutrient management planning. In addition, she provides guidance on agri-environmental contract negotiations, and the implementation of government lead environmental schemes on individual farms.

Since starting with FWAG Cymru, Ceri has undertaken nutrient management planning through soil sampling, prepared nutrient management plans, and helped farmers understand and implement these plans. Ceri is FACTS qualified (Fertiliser Adviser Certification and Training Scheme) and a member of the BASIS Professional Register.
