Allison Grundy became an independent adviser in January 2020, as director of Compass Agronomy, after a 20 year period as company agronomist at CF Fertilisers UK Limited. The role included managing an extensive R&D programme and the development of technical services to support the use of fertilisers and organic inputs. Since 2020 she has offered advisory services on the sustainable use of nutrients and inputs across arable and grassland and has developed a new software tool to assist in the planning and compliance of the NVZ requirements.

Alli has experience in manure management, sold health planning and sustainable land management.
